Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team in a fully remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in steering financial operations at both the product/function and corporate levels. Your expertise in managing the three-year, annual, and quarterly planning and forecasting cycles, along with monthly financial closes and performance reporting, will drive our strategic decision-making processes and align financial goals across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate strategy development, budgeting, forecasting, and financial closing cycles.
- Deliver high-level performance results and communicate key financial drivers within your designated area.
- Provide insightful financial analyses and conduct ad-hoc assessments to identify trends and critical issues.
- Partner with the Financial Transformation & Systems teams to enhance and streamline financial processes.
- Lead and mentor finance staff, fostering professional growth and development within the team.
- Maintain ethical standards and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations in all aspects of your role.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent professional experience is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible financial experience, with a solid track record in financial data analysis and management reporting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting and finance, demonstrated through increasingly responsible roles.
- Expertise in managerial reporting and financial analysis.
- Exceptional analytical, management, and planning skills.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field is required; an MBA is advantageous.
- Proven experience in financial roles, emphasizing data analysis and management reporting.
